“We saw a clear (slight redish tinge) gel building up in our toilet tanks”

We were introduced to Biostel Water Services via our new neighbor from Alberta, who so it happens, is part of the company. We built a new house, and also drilled a new water well; but quickly saw a clear (slight redish tinge) gel building up in our toilet tanks. Even worse, over the first two years we had to replace 3 down hole pumps. Each time we improved the quality of the pump, but we think that the severity of the slime bacteria was increasing over time, as the slime build up on the pump was growing bigger. We replaced the last pump in April of 2006. When we pulled this pump out there was a bag of clear(ish) Gel 6 feet long hanging off of the pump. The pump intake was sealed over with this gel and we are sure the pump burned out for lack of cooling water going through it.

In a casual conversation with our new neighbor in July of 2006, we learned of the Biostel treatment and treated our well immediately. Because of the long hauling distance to Alberta we did not do a full volume treatment, but have done maintenance treatments each summer since. In 2008 we decided to pull our pump before the treatment, just to see how much slime had built up. To our surprise the pump showed absolutely bare metal, not one bit of slime on it.

This is the only “well treatment” that I have heard of, that actually does work 100%, and we have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
